I acted as the sole Product Designer and Implementation Lead for this end-to-end project. My ownership extended beyond traditional UI/UX, covering business strategy, information architecture, and final technical deployment.
The primary business challenge was overcoming „Transaction Anxiety”. That showed itself as high traffic on the webiste, but low content creation rate and caused low retention rate. Users were hesitant to lend items without clear expectations.
The project resulted in a live MVP launched with a ~70% reduction in Time-to-Market compared to traditional development cycles. Here AI rapid prototapyinpg was a strategy for validating complex business logic without significant capital investment.

I led the end-to-end product design for Grimmeisen, taking the project from a „Zero to One” concept to a fully realized brand. My ownership spanned the entire creative lifecycle, including brand identity definition, the architecture of a comprehensive Design System and Website
The primary challenge was balancing an atmospheric, „mystical” brand aesthetic with the functional rigidity required for e-commerce conversion. To solve this, I moved away from standard white minimalist layouts, designing a dark-mode interface that uses simple and elegant typography and 3D imagery to lead storytelling.
The result is a scalable, immersive shopping experience that successfully differentiates the brand from competitors. By establishing a modular component library early in the process, I ensured the platform is technically scalable for future inventory growth while maintaining a consistent, premium visual language across all touchpoints.

I collaborated as a Product Designer within a team of three, collaborating closely with a Design Lead. I took ownership of the Mobile Adaptation Strategy and Technical System Architecture. My role focused on translating a complex B2B desktop dashboard into a fully responsive mobile experience.
The primary challenge was „Supply Acquisition” – restaurant managers are „non-desk workers” who frequently abandoned the complex venue listing process due to interruptions.
I was responsible for the end-to-end UX of the mobile onboarding flow, as well as cleaning up the Design System (tokenization and grid definitions) to ensure a seamless handoff to the engineering team. To solve the problem of complex funnel, I transformed the rigid data-entry form into a flexible mobile tool with a persistent „Save & Exit” feature, allowing for asynchronous completion.
